Well, the people have spoken and USAA’s mobile apps and website have been ranked number one among leading credit card issuers. The assessment, conducted by Key Lime Interactive, praised USAA’s features and usability including:
“The firm’s ability to display account details, and offer management and settings, fraud protection and security and financial management tools.”
This ranking comes on the heels of USAA’s recent investments in digital banking capabilities:
“Just last week, USAA Bank announced that it plans to offer Android Pay this summer with its USAA Visa and MasterCard products. It already adopted Apply Pay, biometric authentication through facial recognition, Touch ID and voice technology.”
