Comdata continues to expand the services offered to its commercial card customers with the launch of ConnectPay, which is the result of a partnership with OnPay Solutions that enables clients to extend card services into a fully developed electronic payables solution.
ConnectPay supports ACH, check, commercial card, or wire payments and enables a client firm to consolidate payables processing from multiple locations or divisions into a single application ssing the virtual card capabilities Comdata provides.
According to Comdata executive vice president Mark Schatz:
“With Comdata ConnectPay, customers can connect to all of their banks from one program, save time with less manual processing of individual payment methods, and save money with reduced postage and mailing supplies.”
The centralized application also supports least cost routing, automated fraud detection, and integration with the customer’s existing ERP solution as well as multiple existing bank relationships. Associated remittance data is provided for each payment. Customers can elect to license and install the software, or utilize a hosted version on a SAAS basis.
