Tia Lee started as a part-time bank teller during her first year of university, becoming a weekend Branch Manager by the time she graduated. After spending time at various notable financial institutions, she dove into international software consultant specializing in bank core conversions. Time spend abroad consulting made Lee look at the future of banking and how mobility is leading the Fintech charge. Co-founding Mobilearth in 2005, a mobile banking and virtual branch banking app solution company, Lee has driven innovation on both sides of the counter to increase mobility in the financial industry to increase employee efficiency without compromising customer service.
