As Chief Executive Officer of Syntellis Performance Solutions, Kermit Randa oversees all strategic plans and priorities to deliver on Syntellis’ promise of elevating clients’ financial performance.

Kermit has more than 30 years’ experience in software technology, including expertise in healthcare, education, and finance. His areas of expertise include enterprise software insights and adoption, business transformation and innovation, strategic partnership cultivation and management, and risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation. In 2020, Kermit led Syntellis’ launch as a standalone company from Kaufman Hall, where he served as CEO of Kaufman Hall Software. Prior to that, he served in various executive and Board roles including Chief Executive Officer for PeopleAdmin and Chief Growth Officer at Waystar.

Kermit received his M.H.A. from Xavier University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
