This session will explore ways the P2P ecosystem should evolve, potential target markets for current P2P profiles, the influence of Dodd-Frank, and security and consumer protection within this channel.
Ed O’Brien, director of the Banking Channels Service, will co-present the session, Evolution of Multichannel Banking: Integrating and Personalizing Channels to Deepen Customer Relationships on Wednesday, October 10th from 4-5p.m. Co-panelist for this session is Brian Pearce, senior vice president, Head of Retail Mobile Channel, Internet Services Group, Wells Fargo & Co. This presentation is part of the Multi-Channel Strategy Summit and will review novel business models employing multi-channel strategies, strengths and weaknesses of various business models, and models focusing on channel optimization.
Session attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to leverage new and legacy technologies to enhance business profitability and drive results as well as effective tactics to offer a consistent customer experience in a cost effective manner. In addition, drawings for a free Mercator report will be held during each presentation.
