RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Credit union fintech provider CO-OP Financial Services announced that Shazia Manus, Chief Product and Strategy Officer, will be leaving the company this month to join CUNA Mutual Group’s AdvantEdge Analytics, a data and analytics business.
Manus joined CO-OP last year when the company acquired credit processing expert TMG of Des Moines, Iowa, having served as TMG’s President/CEO for six years, during which time the company doubled its revenue growth and grew staff by 30 percent.

In her new role as Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, Manus will lead the AdvantEdge Analytics Strategy and Business Development organization, responsible for go-to-market and product strategy, customer experience, strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

The search for Manus’ replacement is underway. Her duties will be handled in the interim by Clark and direct reports on CO-OP’s Executive Management Team.
